Foreclosure is a process used to collect what is due on a loan when there is a default by the borrower.  A default is the borrowers’ failure to carry out the terms of the note and deed of trust as agreed. This includes, but is not limited to, the following breaches:

  • Failure pay monthly payments in a timely fashion
  • Default on a senior lien(s)
  • Failure to pay property taxes on time
  • Failure to maintain fire insurance

We conduct non-judicial foreclosures on real property located anywhere in the State of California.

We have the knowledge, skills, and experience to handle the most difficult foreclosures in an efficient and timely manner. As active members of the United Trustee's Association (formerly California Trustee's Association), we stay updated on the changes occurring in the California Civil Code as well as current case law, both of which govern non-judicial foreclosures.
