  • Property address
  • Property type (i.e.: owner-occupied residential, non-owner occupied residential, commercial, land, etc.)
  • All Mailings addresses for the borrower(s)
  • Borrower(s) Tax ID number (if available)
  • Current Principal Balance and a breakdown of what is currently due (i.e.: accrued interest and/or missed payments, late charges, advances, etc.)
  • Copies of the most recent correspondence with the borrower(s)
  • Date and manner (phone contact or due diligence letter) pre-foreclosure compliance was achieved (if required)
  • Your contact information
  • Any other pertinent information.
